Adding sources
You can add sources to your Agent by going to Agents and select your Agent. Within your Agent, click on Sources to see the different options: XML feed, Website, Files and Search.
Choosing your sources
When training your Agent, you can add easily add information from existing sources. This allows you to train your Agent in seconds. The table below helps you to decide when to use which source. You can also combine multiple sources.| Source | Explanation | Good for |
