If you’re new to Watermelon, here’s how pricing works. You start by choosing a plan — Free, Starter, Advanced or Business. Every paid plan includes 250 conversations per month to get you going (or the full yearly amount upfront if you choose an annual subscription). The Free plan includes 100 conversations per month, but doesn’t support conversation bundles. Once you’re on a paid plan:
  • Included conversations
    • Each plan comes with 250 monthly conversations
    • Annual plans receive all conversations upfront (250 × 12)
  • Conversation overage
    • If you go beyond your included conversations, each extra conversation costs €0.19
    • Overage is added to your next invoice at the end of your license term
  • Conversation bundles
    • You can add a monthly or yearly bundle for a lower rate
    • Bundles reduce the cost to €0.12–€0.09 per conversation, depending on size
    • Bundles are used after your included 250 conversations
    • Unused bundle conversations roll over for up to six months
In short: pick a plan, use your included conversations, and add bundles if you expect higher volume at a better rate.
