When a visitor minimizes or leaves the chat widget, this status is automatically updated and reflected in your Inbox. This feature helps you prioritize active visitors, so you can respond faster and manage your conversations efficiently.

Understand the status indicators

Each visitor is assigned a color-coded status dot next to their conversation. These colors indicate their level of activity:

Active🟢 GreenThe visitor has currently opened the chat.
Minimized🟠 OrangeThe chat has been minimized. The visitor is temporarily inactive but may return and reopen the chat at any moment.
Closed🔴 RedThe visitor has left the website.
