Placing the Chat Widget Code in WP Code

When you want to add the Chat Widget on your Wordpress site, you can use WP Code for this. Follow the steps below to do so:

1. Install the WP Code plug in, if you don't already have this. You can find the plug in here.
2. Within WP Code, go to Plugins and click on Add New Plugin.

3. Search for WPCode - Insert Headers and Footers and click Install Now.

4. Go to Installed Plugins, search for WP code and click Code Snippets

5. Click on the blue button, Add New
6. When you are in the Add Snippet library, click on Add your custom Code and choose HTML snippet.

7. Give the snippet a title and copy and paste the Chat Widget code in the code field. If you don't know where to find your Chat Widget code, please check this article

8. Under Insertion, choose Auto insert and Run Anywhere, the chatbot will now show on all your pages. If desired, you can add tags and priority under Basic Info. Under Smart Conditional Logic, it is possible to add specific rules to your snippet. It is not needed to fill in this information.
9. Click Save Snippet in the top right corner
10. Switch the toggle to Active and you have installed the widget on your website.
